Member of the Contemporary Sumisai Painting Association
Sumie painter AKIHIRO
The artist from Hokkaido was attracted to the world of sumi painting because he attended an ink painting class in Tokyo.
Recalling his childhood days as an insect-catching boy in his hometown, he depicts the exciting fun of chasing insects and fish with ink paintings as a boy and girl, and is working to realize a world full of happiness.
The works he creates express the boy's adventurous spirit.
