Nishimori Dan Web Solo Exhibition
The sparkle hidden in life — Beauty in everyday life —

However, Nishimori Dan paints while being loosely inspired by the beautiful shapes around him. I aim to express the feeling of "good feeling" and "woohoo" that cannot be put into words. I feel the beauty of innocent things that make me say, "What's wrong with that?", and I create snapshots-like images based on everyday objects.
He continues to draw casually and stoically with casual and beautiful shapes that resonate with his heart, and uses oil paints, transparent watercolors, pens, watercolor pencils, etc. I put my hands on the canvas or watercolor paper until I can express a good shape in the picture. If you want to draw with a reference to a photo, we have two or more photos with different shooting angles printed on A4.
In this solo exhibition, I hope you will enjoy the beauty hidden in casual life expressed through various techniques such as oil painting and watercolor painting. Please take a look.
【Event】 Since 2021, my activities have been mainly in online exhibitions. This year, in 2022, we will exhibit at the National Museum of Singapore in April and in Paris in October. In the future, I would like to increase the number of opportunities for people to actually see my work in Japan.

He has been drawing since he was a child as if he were talking to the gods around him. Inspired by the beautiful and heart-stirring shapes around us, we aim to express a feeling of goodness and whoops that cannot be put into words. He draws on canvas or watercolor paper with oil, acrylic, pen, watercolor pencil, etc. As if drawing in a generous yet stoic manner, he uses beautiful shapes around him and everyday things such as snapshots.
