Onoyama Haruka Web Solo Exhibition -Ink Splendor-

This time, we will be holding the "Haruka Onoyama Exhibition -Sushi no Flower-" at the Japan Bridge Art web and Gallery Kobud (Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture) at the same time.
He started calligraphy at the age of 5, encountered the expression "ink elephant" at the age of 13, and has continued to create works for 20 years since then. Sumi is an abstract expression of ink that goes beyond readability. I have been paying attention to the beauty of lines, the beauty of margins, and the balance of imbalances, and have created works with the theme of nature and the five senses.

In addition, with the knowledge I learned at graduate school and an architectural design office, I am conducting research on works that respond to the space, such as creating black iron frames and using unusual Japanese paper.
The web solo exhibition will only feature works, but if you are interested, please visit the gallery.

For 20 years, he has been creating abstract works that highlight the beauty of line expression and the beauty of margins in calligraphy.

Images are very personal, such as the changing seasons, events in daily life, and the feelings of a small individual when faced with social conditions, but I believe that this is what can be connected to universal design. He studied architectural design at university and graduate school, and is taking on the challenge of rethinking calligraphy from a design perspective.
