Miyuki Takanashi Exhibition ~The Rhythm of Silence~

The main motifs are the artist's original scenery of Hokkaido, "snow", "forest", and "people". The style has a rhythm of tranquility, incorporates decorative elements such as gold leaf and washi paper, and uses tempera techniques to express an original poetic world. It provides an image of awe and longing for nature. Icons too. A female artist born and raised in Hokkaido.
Lives in Sapporo.
I am drawing memories. I was born and raised in the northern city of Sapporo. I had a wonderful time flying around while feeling close to the rich nature. All of my sensibilities were nurtured there.
Will my memories be a thing of the past? I often draw inspiration from nature in my work, but the sense of crisis I feel about the magnitude of environmental changes caused by climate change and economic activities in recent years has only intensified.
I dream of a world where people and nature coexist harmoniously.

The basic concept is the same as Miyuki Takanashi. He used the pseudonym KITARO for his small pieces with techniques that specialize in fine art.
