An art project to honor medical professionals (doctors, nurses, caregivers, etc.) around the world who have died from the new coronavirus.
Planned and organized by ARTHOUSE. Pairing artists related to NYC with the bereaved families of medical workers who died of the new coronavirus. Each bereaved family member was asked to choose a painting style and artist that the deceased would like, and the selected artist created a portrait of the deceased. The created portraits will be projected on an outdoor screen that will be the venue.
The goal is to bring love and healing to the entire global community, honoring these heroic souls and giving back love and art.
