Choose Your Artwork

≪How to Search for Artworks≫
You can search for artworks that interest you by free keyword search.
1. Free Keyword Search: Search paintings by your preferred keywords such as artist name or artwork title.
2. Search by Criteria: Search artworks using search categories.
- From "Search by Technique," you can find paintings by technique such as oil painting or acrylic.
- From "Search by Size," specify the height and width to find paintings.
- From "Search by Number," specify the painting size by standard number.
- From "Search by Price," find paintings within your desired budget.
≪How to Sort Artworks≫
Sorting: You can sort the searched artworks by the following order:
Recommended / New Arrivals / Price High to Low / Price Low to High
≪About the Favorites Feature≫
It is convenient to "favorite" artworks you like by clicking the ☆ mark. You can check your favorited artworks on the "Favorites" page.
Purchase Your Artwork

1. Add Artwork to Cart
Click the "Add to Cart" button on the artwork detail page to add the item you want to purchase.
2. Enter Customer Information
≪If you want to add more items≫
Click "Continue Shopping" to add more artworks to your cart.
3. Select Shipping and Payment Method
After confirming your cart, click "Next" to proceed with the purchase process.
4. Confirm Order Details
≪For Members≫
Enter your registered "Email Address" and "Password" under "For Members," then click "Next."
5. Complete Your Order
≪For Non-Members≫
Please enter the required information under "For Non-Members."
If you want to register as a member during checkout, enter your desired password and click "Register and Continue." If you do not wish to register, leave the password field blank and click "Next."
- If you purchased without registering as a member, please note and keep your order number for reference.
- Please ensure you can receive emails from 【@nihonbashiart.jp】.
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent immediately after ordering, but it may take some time to receive it.
- If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been completed due to an error.

Delivery of Your Artwork

Please check the condition of your artwork immediately after it arrives.
- If the artwork is damaged, stained, or incorrect upon arrival, please refer to "Returns".
- We will notify you by email when your artwork is shipped, so please be sure to check it.
【Payment Methods】
- Bank Transfer
- Please transfer the purchase amount to the specified account.
- Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. We will ship the artwork once payment confirmation is received.
- Credit Card Payment
- Available card brands are VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, and UnionPay.
【Delivery Information】
- Artwork Shipping Time
- We usually ship within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are prepaid by the customer.
- Delivery Carriers
- The main delivery carriers are as follows:
Japan Post, Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Seino Transportation, Nippon Express
※Carriers vary depending on artwork size and form.
※Carrier selection is not possible.
【How to Receive Your Artwork】
When using NihonbashiArt.jp ONLINE STORE, delivery is the standard method for receiving your artwork.
【Other Information】
Checking Order Status and Purchase History
- For registered members:
You can check your order history from "Order History" in your My Page. If your order is not listed, it means the order has not been completed, so please complete the purchase again. - For non-registered members:
A link to the order history page is included in the automatic order confirmation email sent after your order. Please check it from there.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
Returns
We accept returns if the purchased artwork meets the following conditions. If within one week of delivery, we will refund your payment.
- If you receive an artwork you did not order.
- If the artwork is damaged or stained upon arrival (only if damage occurred during delivery).
Returns other than the above conditions are not accepted. Please consult us before purchase if you have concerns about artwork condition, warranty, or other issues.

Buyback Guarantee Service
For eligible buyback guarantee artworks purchased from NihonbashiArt.jp, we will buy back at 50% to 100% of the purchase price if within 2 years of purchase date.
