Fujita Tsuguharu Exhibition

In the early 20th century, Fujita Tsuguharu was a painter who crossed the sea with his own arm in order to succeed in Paris, the center of art. In the shadow of success, at the mercy of the times of war and social conditions, and facing various hardships, Fujita's way of life continues to attract many fans even now, as he opened up a new path that no Japan painter had been able to achieve until then. He was also a painter with an attachment to handicrafts, such as making even the things around him in his daily life. At Suinami Gallery, from the various works left by Fujita, we recapture the personality and life of the painter. In order to provide customers with an opportunity to experience its charm, we will hold an exhibition of works by Tsuguharu Fujita this spring. In recent years, the wave of re-evaluation has increased, and Fujita's works are attracting more and more attention around the world. It will be a worthwhile exhibition with nearly 70 items on display and sale. Please stop by on this occasion.
