The purpose of this event is to introduce up-and-coming young artists who are active mainly in Kyoto and to disseminate them from Kyoto to the world as artists who will lead the next generation. Together with young artists based in Kyoto, contemporary art by internationally active guest artists with ties to Kyoto will be exhibited at the same time, and the creative activities of young artists who are working on the creation of new art between modern and classical art in Kyoto will be exhibited.
I am creating paintings on the theme of "what is life?" Furthermore, I continue to create by considering what kind of space the paintings create and how they affect the body through repeated production and exhibition. It is sometimes a task to think about human life.
