Maiko is a symbol of Japan's beautiful traditional culture, and they grow up through rigorous training and traditional rules. But they are not just decorations, but artists of self-expression, independent modern women. Its appearance has a dignified beauty and a deep charm. We hope that through "Dignified Nowa", we will be able to touch on their way of life and provide an opportunity for us to re-examine the image of modern women from a new perspective and realize their true beauty.

He has been producing since he majored in Japan painting at university. He especially likes to draw people, and because of his connection, he has been drawing maiko for more than 20 years. I would like to depict maiko not just as cute as dolls, but as a person living in modern times.
