It was around 2007 that I became a white abstract work.
Creating is, in a sense, a healing and driving act for an artist.
I have also been saved by drawing many times in my life.
However, an event occurred that prevented me from rebuilding myself.
I can't even accept paintings... I can't draw and recommend works that need to be finished because it's painful.
In the meantime, I went out to sketch and was captivated by a rusted and decayed iron plate.
What has this iron plate been looking at? I listen to the footsteps of many people and know the flow of people and the flow of time.
This encounter with the iron plate showed me how to proceed with a white background.
This was the beginning of abstract works centered on white.
The theme of this time is that when you look at a small life, you will be connected to the earth, and then I would like you to see the trajectory of the 16-year work in which consciousness changes to the universe.
