What did you feel when you first saw the painting?
To be honest, I couldn't put it into words right away.
It's not that there are flashy colors.
There is no message that appeals strongly.
And yet, I stopped.
It was quiet.
Something inside me
Suddenly, it may have sounded.
However, in that silence,
I certainly felt that "something" was alive.
Colors that seem to bleed in the light
Signs of the wind suddenly blowing through
Even though you can't touch it, there is a "blank space"
A work that shows a different expression every time you look at it.
The closer you get, the more it feels like the door to distant memories gently opens.
There are no words to appeal to you strongly.

However, there was indeed a "fluctuation" in the depths of it.
Even if you look away, you want to look at it again.
Every time I look at it, I hear a different sound.
Drawn lines
While painted
The space that has been stripped away────
Everything has its own "sound".
Today, it is full of words and meanings,
Is that why?
Suddenly, the back of someone standing next to me——
That silence can convey a stronger and clearer "feeling" than words.
Ah, we are now doing the same thing.
Maybe I'm "listening".

【Production Concept】
Based on the "aesthetics of subtraction" that approaches the essence while leaving it to the flow and scraping it down, it is important to depict what emerges from wabi-sabi aesthetics, harmony, and tranquility.
I hope that the "sound of existence itself" that goes beyond words and explanations will reach the inner of those who quietly watch it.
[Biography]
Born in Tokyo in 1977. From an early age, he began to paint with his own ripple lines and patterns as motifs. After that, he studied watercolor and oil painting.
In 1989, he put down his brush due to mental problems.
2018 The feel of the art materials he accidentally touched awakened his childhood memories and gave rise to the urge to create again. Self-taught, he established a unique expression called "Ryumonyo", which is a combination of flowing lines, patterns, and mandalas.
In 2019, with his first exhibition at the Entsuden Hall at Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto, he expanded his activities both domestically and internationally, and advanced his journey to the world.
2023 Changed the name of his activity to ENAMI (Inami) and worked on abstract expressions that incorporate acrylic into pastel paintings.
Through the overlap of color and texture, he depicts layers of resonance that reflect the invisible layers of time, memory, and existence.
From 2024 onwards, in addition to requesting exhibitions and art production, he will also sell online while disseminating new works and production processes through Instagram and his website. Currently, he mainly plans exhibitions on the web, presents and updates his works on a monthly basis, and values encounters with viewers in Japan and abroad.

My work begins to breathe quietly when it is seen.
The line is the breath that connects the world and me,
Drawing is a prayer for life to confirm each other's life.
In the lives of those who have it,
The work begins to take another breath.
By being beyond the daily gaze,
Little by little, the harmony between the world and people is lit up.
Possession means continuing to resonate.
So, every time I hand over a work,
I feel like I'm entrusting one breath.
