Exhibition Title: Hideharu Fukasaku Venice Biennale Triumphant Return Exhibition Dates: January 14 (Tue) ~ February 1 (Sat), 2020 Time: 11:00~19:00 (until 17:00 on the last day) Venue: Hideharu Fukasaku Gallery Roppongi Hideharu Fukaskaku Gallery Roppongi is pleased to present the exhibition "Hideharu Fukasaku". While working on the front lines of the world as an eye surgeon, Fukasaku also develops creative activities as an artist, depicting his own world with a wide variety of expressions. While studying medicine as an eye surgeon, he is also involved in the management of a restaurant based on the concept of "medicine and food" and the management of three galleries as the general director of the FEI Group, supporting young artists and vigorously leading the art scene in Japan. He also published "Ophthalmic and Brain Art Theory" from the perspective of an ophthalmologist and "Fukasaku Hideharu's Painting Anthology", which summarizes his works as a painter. In 2018, he won the Grand Prize for "Open Call for Art in Japan", held a solo exhibition in the following 19 years, and won the Special Jury Prize at the international art competition "3rd Art Olympia" (Jury: Hiroshi Senju), and at the European Cultural Center's special exhibition "PERSONAL STRUCTURES-Identities-", which is a cooperation project of the Venicia Biennale, As one of the artists from all over the world, he has exhibited his works and has achieved remarkable results.
