Born August 16, 1979.　
He is from Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture.
46 years old.
At the age of 12, he lost his beloved father (Tadashi) to illness.
Since then, she has been raised by mother and daughter alone.
He has an older sister who is a high school teacher.
He currently resides in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture.　
He spent most of his life in Kagawa Prefecture.
Graduated from Kagawa Prefectural Sogo Elementary School in 1992
Graduated from Kagawa Prefectural Yamada Junior High School in 1995.
In 1997, he dropped out of the preparatory course at Kagawa Prefectural Takamatsu Higashi High School.
He suffered severe bullying in both junior high and high school.

In 1997, he dropped out of high school and went on to work in various jobs.

After dropping out, he got a job at a nearby low table manufacturing company.

In 1999, he dropped out of the CG Creator Department at Osaka Game Designer College.

He also struggled with distrust of people at the vocational school and dropped out.

In 2003, he was forcibly hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital in Kagawa Prefecture.

At psychiatric hospitals in Kagawa, there are cases of forced muscle injections, violence, bullying, theft, harassment and restraint by staff, power harassment, and evidence destruction.

He encountered numerous misfortunes. At every hospital Iwaki Hospital, Marugame Hospital, Baba Hospital, Sanko Hospital where I've been admitted,

Treated unfairly. Most of them are forcibly hospitalized by their mothers.
In 2004, he was discharged from the hospital and worked at a self-reliance support facility.

In 2007, he was selected as the representative of the prefecture as an operational supporter of e-Topia Kagawa.
In 2007, she held a solo exhibition under the pen name Ayame at e-Topia Kagawa.
At this time, he studied and learned technical skills to make a living as a computer engineer.
In 2008, he joined Fuji Xerox Shikoku as an engineer.

Graduated from the Web Designer Department of WIN School Takamatsu Ekimae School in 2009
From around 2004 to 2009, he worked under the artist pen name 'Ayame.'
Since 2018, he has been actively pursuing his artistic career under the pen name 'Kirakira.'

Around this time, he was active in flea markets such as Mercari.

Around 2019, I met the painter Yoshiko Shindo, who I admired as my mentor, on Mercari. I often bought works by Professor Shindo and collaborated with him during that time. Currently, I hold many exhibitions with Yoshiko Shindo, and my painting skills and ideas surpass hers.

Around 2020, he shifted his main focus to Yahoo Auctions and began selling online auctions alongside his peers Yoshiko Shindo and Yuya Matsuzaki.

Since 2022, sales activities have been consistently conducted through platforms such as Mercari.

He developed heart failure at the end of 2022, but now he survives thanks to medication.

Currently, he has changed his artist name to 'Kirakira Hirai Soichi,' and has moved his art sales to BASE and Minne, where he is active.

Currently, Kirakira Paintings are being put up for sale at flea markets and auctions, with a total of about 600 pieces sold.
Over my lifetime, I have created about 6,000 works under the pen name Ayame under the pen name Kirakira, starting with my junior high art club, design school, and the artist name Kirakira Soichi Hirai.
