(Also on paper)

(It's September and it's time for my physical condition to change, although it may be my age. Especially in this corona sickness, I may have been a little nervous because I was just nervous about preventing colds. I'm currently being treated for sudden deafness and I noticed something wrong early, so I'm planning to finish it by the end of this month.

I am also nervous about the paper on which I draw my work, which is connected to this prelude.
Normally, processed Kent paper is the standard for colored pencil drawings. The surface is smooth, the core does not collapse, and it is easiest to control the shade of color.
It is a paper that you can draw beautifully even if you are not a specialist as long as you get the hang of it.
However, if you become a professional, each one seems to be particular about it. Overseas, I prefer soft paper made from plant-based materials. Therefore, it is expensive paper to buy in Japan, but I will spare no effort to use it for overseas exhibitions. I use Arche watercolor paper, which is particularly durable and hard to tear, because I put a lot of effort on my fingertips.
Almost all works are the paper.)

(In addition, I would like to stick to "Japan" in pursuing further work production for the future, and I will change the support to "Washi".
Don't think "Japanese paper with colored pencil drawings?"

(At the time of this illustration, it is a penmanship paper that is generally used at school, but I draw it with colored pencils. Since I hadn't prepared it, wrinkles were a little noticeable, but I decided to use it in the future from this time.
It will be an indispensable paper for future work themes, and it should be a color that cannot be achieved with colored pencils.
Even if it is impossible to draw strongly, there is always a way to access it, and I believe that it will approach the expression I am aiming for.)
