The ink lines using a brush are mainly used to express images, sensations, and emotions. Since it does not use characters (kanji and kana), the general definition of "calligraphy" may not be established, but I have a very strong sense of expressing it in the form of "calligraphy" and I think there is a distance from the sense of "painting". It is not a large-sized work that would be exhibited in a public exhibition. The main works are small works that are easy to display in everyday living spaces (about 33 cm,✖️24 cm, 24 cm, 24 cm✖️, 16.5 cm). Ideally, works that exist comfortably in everyday spaces, cheer up viewers, calm their minds, and stimulate their imagination, and are close to consumers. When creating, there are situations where lines are intentionally arranged or the shape of the lines is devised, and sometimes the brush is randomly run based on the feelings and emotions of the moment. The great joy of creation is when you can create indescribably interesting lines and shapes, lines and shapes that make you feel attached to, lines and shapes that give you energy and a sense of fulfillment, and lines and shapes that stimulate your imagination and expand your image.
【Biography】 ・At university and graduate school, I learned calligraphy, writing culture, and calligraphy expression skills. ・When I was young, I tried to participate in public exhibitions, but I am not involved in the exhibition because it did not match the direction of the exhibition in terms of the size of the work, the classification of the works in the open exhibition, and its significance to me. ・While pursuing the desired form for myself, I am working on the creation of the work alone.
