Chisa Matsuo's Web Solo Exhibition Resonates in the margins
Unspeakable feelings, indescribable thoughts—they exist quietly but surely and resonate deep in our hearts.
The work is not just something to see, but an existence that initiates a dialogue with the inner world of each viewer. While feeling the echo in the margins, you can find your own story - I hope you can see it from such a free and flexible perspective.
What kind of sound will resonate when your thoughts overlap with the blank space floating in the painting?
●Chisa MatsuoWhen I draw, my heart moves at the moment when colors and shapes change. For me, painting is an act that leaves traces of emotions and thoughts while leaving it to chance, without giving too much meaning. I move my hands as if to scoop up a feeling that cannot be expressed in words. I think it should be an open picture that respects the way each viewer feels.
